Many of the adults we work with are struggling to communicate and/or hold boundaries, feelings of isolation, struggling to be responsive to situations instead of reacting on emotion, and/or anxiousness about the majority of the decisions they make, etc.
Our goal at The Nest is to provide individuals with an accessible space to be heard and find the best version of themselves. We understand that sometimes even just doing ANYTHING is hard. Our mission is to meet you where you are at, and help/support you at your own pace! We encourage all individuals to hold a consultation call prior to booking an appointment because there is no such thing as a universal therapist. We are all unique and it should be valued.
